Regional, fresh ingredients form the basis of our seasonal and varied cuisine. We create our dishes according to the principles of the Culinarium association, focusing on local specialities and products from the region.
Our team prepares cold and hot dishes without additives, but with lots of joy – for the buffet as well as a lunch menu which changes daily. From meat to vegetarian or vegan, we offer something for everyone who wishes to eat with awareness.
Everything we offer is also available as takeaway. To avoid waiting, you can order in advance by phone between 7 am and 11:45 am.
