Hotel Dom is supported by the not-for-profit Förderraum organisation. The foundation is a network of innovative employment, training and residential options for people with an increased need for support.

Since its founding in 1990, Förderraum has been an active and innovative organisation which has consistently dedicated itself, both in its practical alignment and its socio-political commitment, to the motto "integration and self-determination for people with disabilities."
