Cancellation terms rooms
Standard rate booking
Individual standard rate bookings can be cancelled at no charge until 6 pm the night be-fore. We must receive cancellations timely and in writing, otherwise we have to charge the full amount.
Standard rate long stay
For long-stay stays, modified cancellation conditions apply depending on the length of stay. For more detailed information, please contact info@hoteldom.ch.
Non-refundable booking
These reservations can not be cancelled after booking.

If you book more than 13 Rooms, 2 Rooms can be cancelled without fees until 6pm 1 Day before arrival
Early termination of the contract
The Hotel Dom can unilaterally terminate the contract immediately due to harassment of the staff or payment delays.

The Hotel Dom can unilaterally terminate the contract immediately due to harassment of the staff or payment delays.

- Up to 10 working days before the event: free of charge
- 9 to 5 working days before the event: 10% of the costs
- 5 to 1 working days before the event: 30% of the costs
- Less than 24 hours before the event: 100% of the costs

- 29 to 20 working days before the event: 20% of the costs
- 19 to 10 working days before the event: 30% of the costs
- 9 to 3 working days before the event: 50% of the costs
