Come on in!

After our renovation, we are opening our new city bistro in the Hotel Dom on Webergasse in St.Gallen. In our cozy restaurant with vintage flair, we offer fresh, homemade, seasonal cuisine.

The city bistro is, so to speak, a second living room, a place to meet and enjoy. Here you can have a wonderful breakfast, read the newspaper and satisfy your small or large hunger.

The small but fine bistro menu includes feel-good dishes such as a warming Greek Stifado, but also vegetarian and vegan creations. If you like, you can sit at the long wooden table and enjoy our special coffee and a piece of cake from the in-house bakery. Everything is also available as take-away for the office or picnics.

We devised the new catering concept with Melanie Diem from Kraut&So (co-founder of Kafi Franz, president of Areal Bach and sustainability expert). Working as a team, we tried out recipes, designed the interior, sanded furniture and created a new name.

Something else unusual: In the city bistro, people who need work and support are employees or apprentices in service and in the kitchen. They are supported by specialists and can thus gain a foothold in the world of work. We are also committed to nature: As part of the renovation, the inner courtyard was transformed into a biodiverse oasis.
